INVIDI Technologies has a unique opportunity for a Payroll Administrator desiring to expand their background in Corporate Finance. We are looking for the candidate to provide support to the Senior members of the Finance team in the area of Payroll Administration. The ideal candidate should also be able to support the team with financial statement preparation, audit, and some technical accounting. The ideal candidate will have some audit experience in the public and/or private sector.
We are seeking an Excel guru who’s skilled with interacting and communicating with all levels throughout an organization. The Payroll Administrator is part of a team responsible for processing the various payrolls accurately and on-time.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient, (timely and accurate) processing of payroll, handle employee inquiries and work with other team members to ensure payroll is processed accurately and in compliance with statutory regulations. They will act as the payroll Point of Contact in the absence of their Manager.
The role is integral to the Finance team. This means the Payroll Administrator will be working alongside a group of people who are all focused on promoting the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the department through exceptional accounting, income processing, accounts payable and payroll services.
